Studies reveal that once born, the child can recognize voices heard during the womb phase, having already internalized them.   • Precautions: Avoid overeating, ensure sufficient sleep, refrain from fast food, avoid lifting heavy objects, and steer clear of smoking and alcohol.
  • Recommended Practices: Include iron-rich foods, engage in regular physical activity, maintain a positive mindset, follow a structured routine, and attend regular medical check-ups.

Signs to Be Vigilant About During Pregnancy

Pay attention to symptoms such as bleeding, persistent stomach aches, recurring headaches, or fever lasting more than a day.

Ayurvedic Remedies for Common Pregnancy Issues

For High Blood Pressure

  • Diet: Bottle gourd juice, gourd-based dishes, and soups.
  • Herbal Support: Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, and Spikenard—take 2 grams of each mixed in water.

For Low Blood Pressure

  • Remedy: Consume 2 teaspoons of Ashwagandharishta daily.
  • Additional Support: Mix half a teaspoon of Ashwagandha and Shatavari powder in milk.

For UTI, Burning, or Bleeding Sensations

  • Herbs: Gokharu water, juice of rosewood and peepal leaves, or a blend of cardamom, dry ginger juice, and black salt mixed with pomegranate juice.

For Swelling in Hands and Feet

  • Decoction: Prepare and cool a blend of Punarnava Kwath and Gokharu Kwath before drinking.

For Cold, Cough, and Fever

  • Decoction: Use Giloy, Chiraita, and Tulsi for general cases. For colds, boil Mulethi, Tulsi, and Giloy together.

For Thyroid and Diabetes

  • Remedy: Drink Triphala and coriander-infused water. To control sugar levels, extract the juice of cucumber, bitter gourd, and tomato and consume it.

For women, regular gynecological check-ups remain essential to monitor health and ensure a safe pregnancy. Early action and informed decisions pave the way for a healthier journey toward motherhood.
