- New Deductible Options: Higher deductibles of up to ₹5 lakhs, offering reduced premiums as part of the base policy. Additionally, there's an option to reinstate full coverage after five years or once the insured reaches the age of 50.
- Individual Personal Accident Rider: This add-on cover provides a lump sum payout in case of Accidental Death, Permanent Total Disability, or Permanent Partial Disability.
- Special Discounts for NRIs: For the first time, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) can avail of special discounts of up to 40%, with this feature rolling out in the third week of November.

- Early Discharge from Hospitals:
- HDFC ERGO introduces a seamless discharge process for patients undergoing cashless hospitalization. Customers no longer need to endure long approval waits; once the hospital signs the discharge summary, patients can leave immediately. Currently available across 25 network hospitals in 16 cities, this facility will be extended further.
- Pre-Approved Cashless Facilities for Chronic Patients:
- Patients with chronic conditions like chemotherapy, dialysis, or radiotherapy can now receive a one-time approval for multiple cashless hospitalizations at the same facility. This new feature offers peace of mind to patients and their families during ongoing treatments.
